Dean began playing golf at 8 years of age at the local courses around his hometown Cheshire, Connecticut and golf has been on his mind ever since. He played competitively in junior tournaments through high school before attending the University of Connecticut to earn his degree in Finance. He moved to Boston and worked in Corporate Finance at Liberty Mutual Insurance for 8 years, fueling his passion for the game by continuously learning and studying coaches and players to refine his game and prepare for competitive amateur events.
When the Covid Pandemic hit, he took the opportunity to focus his attention towards making his lifelong passion of teaching and coaching golf a reality. His coaching journey started in the backyard of his home until he became the teaching professional at Crosswinds Golf Club in Plymouth. He now is a Co-Owner of Champions Indoor Golf and Owner and Director of Mass Golf Lab.
Dean is extremely passionate about sharing his knowledge and love for the game with others. He believes that any golfer of any ability can reach better performance in the game through continued learning and work ethic. Through personalized coaching sessions he aims to provide a comprehensive learning experience to help golfers improve their performance through better technique and knowledge of their game. Through the junior academy he is committed to fostering a love for the game and inspiring his juniors to learn the game and love playing and competing.

Andrew started playing golf at 4 years old and has not put the club down for the last 29 years. He has worked as a professional golf coach for the last 12 years in both the U.S. and abroad and has given thousands of hours of lessons to students ranging from absolute beginners to aspiring tour professionals.
Andrew understands that the game means different things to different people, but everyone who comes to take a lesson has the same goal: Make the game more enjoyable through improvement. Whether you’d like a quick fix or a long-term development plan, Andrew has the know-how to help you achieve your goals - and enjoy the process!
